somewhat disapointed.

i open the box and i see the actual construction of the amp seems rather cheap, and the blue lettering/paint seems to be peeling already. i would mind the looks if it worked well but its too sensitive. when i get in my trcuk in the afternoom it takes about 15min for the amp to turn off, it has no cooling fan so i guess the heat of my truck sends it into protection mode? i even build a custom amp rack for air circulation but still does it. sometimes randomly takes a few minutes when i turn off the truck like to pump gas, ill get back in to leave it will take like 10 to start even tho i had the a/c on full blast. terminals are decent sized but again they feel cheap and should be a bit bigger. bearly fit 0 awg wire. the blue light from the sub lever control is annoying and almost blinding at night. If i had my money back i probably would not buy this amp again. It's very strong but only when it decides that it wants to work.

The best amp for the money deffinantly I will be getting another one soon I have it powering 2 alpine type r 12's and it does an awesome job I put it on a test bench and at 1 ohm it was putting out 3800 watts so it's very good amp and is over powered unlike most amps so very good job planet audio.
