EVOLUTION amplifiers allow the user to power a combination of tweeters, full range speakers and subwoofers in order to tune their vehicle’s sound system to their exact preference specifications. The two ohm stable EV4.2000 provides 2,000 watts of peak power. This 4-channel MOSFET amplifier is bridgeable and also features tri-mode operation. It comes standard with a low pass crossover variable from 40Hz to 150Hz, a fixed (200Hz) high pass crossover, and Bass Boost variable from zero to +18dB. Additional features include a variable input gain control, power and protection (thermal, overload, and short circuit) LED indicators, and line and speaker level inputs. All EVOLUTION 4-channel MOSFET amplifiers include chrome plated RCA connectors and screw terminals and a remote subwoofer level control knob. Frequency response is 9Hz to 50Hz (+/-3dB). Sleek and low profile high power amplifier

I purchased the Evolution 4 for the purpose of creating a completely stealth system setup in my 2001 camaro. The utilitarian design and clean edges made hiding the amp back where the small stock rear amp was located possible. Getting it all setup was easy, the functions are all fairly easy to follow and straightforward and it drives my 4 rear speakers well into their limits. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star was the undersized power connector setup (can only accommodate 8 gauge sized ring terminals) and possibly the lack of an internal fan. Though, I haven't had any heat related issues yet. Very pleased with the price, function, and style of this amp and would definitely recommend to others.

Price is perfect

How can you complain with this amount of power at this price point?I'm driving 4-8" subwoofers and it does an incredible job. Just make sure you adjust the sensitivity when you get it - it's set on dead low out of the box.

its powering my boss phantom p65.2c components like mad. sounds great with a mofo 12. have no problem turning the stereo all the way up!
