The Plantronics MHA100 amplifies incoming sounds up to 24dB and makes words easier to understand with Clarity Power technology. Portable and convenient, the MHA100 can be used in loud environments and by those with mild to moderate hearing loss. The MHA100 is designed for mobile, cordless and cellular phones with a 2.5mm headset jack.

Great Device

I would give it 5 stars but the one I had worked for about a week and then started getting loud static and would shut off. I had to fiddle with the cable to get it to work and after a couple of days that didn't even help. I contacted the seller who said they would replace it, so I shipped it back to them with the return notice. So far nothing. No replacement, no email. Buy this device if you have a hard time hearing on any phone, just buy it from a different seller.

Depends on your need

It works great, but I should have checked the type of batteries it uses. Hearing aid batteries do not last long. I am often on the phone an hour or more at a time and at that rate, these don't last more than a day or two. Replacement batteries were hard to find. Once I bought a fresh set, it worked perfect...for a day or two. I just ordered a pack of 60 batteries and will use this until I figure out a better solution. It was very easy to set up with standard cordess handset and headset. Sound is perfect.
