Nice amp with one problem

This thing is great except for one problem. They thought it would be a great idea to have a small control circuit board attached in a modular way that can be quickly pulled out of the amp for replacement. The thing they forgot to do was test the amp. After a few days of use near a sub, the board literally vibrates out of the motherboard and the amp stops working and unless u open it up and glue the board back in, you return the amp as dead.

Im very impressed!!

This is my first Power Acoustik amp, im very impressed, because I expected an overrated amp for the price I paid. But, not! The amp work well, I purchased 1 month ago. Im feeding 4 subs Kicker CVR's (1600 rms @ 1 ohm), the amp has 2200 rms @ 1 ohm, so I set the gains at 3/4, My 2001 Mustang GT sound like 10 blocks away, and my neighbors hate me, hahaha...

NICE FOR THE PRICE

take away about 300rms from the rated rms and that's the true power you get. I had my tested and it did well pass my expectations. you really cant beat the price. im going to take off the top of mine and replace it with a piece of plexi-glass and add 2 or 4 small fans, depending on what looks good, plus it shows off the guts. (not that its much to brag about but still) it does get slightly, and I mean slightly, hot when slamming for about an hour to an hour and a half at 2ohms on 2 Rockford t1s.
