Great amp at an amazing price!

I purchased this amplifier a couple months ago from Amazon, I was unsure due to the price and the varying reviews about Planet Audio as a whole, but I must say this amp performs great! If anyone is wondering as I was, it is fused at 2 x 25 amp fuses, I've got the gain all the way down so I have not attempted to get max output from this amp but it definitely performs well. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy Planet Audio again!

Great amp, great power, but does heat up quick.

I have this amp installed behind the seat in my F150. It puts out some pretty decent power and it sounds clean. The quality of the amp is great; made from nice black aluminum. Also comes with end caps to hide some of those unsightly wires. Also came with a nice wired remote gain knob.The only issue I have is it does seem to heat up rather quickly. Granted, it is behind the seat of my truck. The amp does go into protection mode if the amp does get too hot. I have had it happen a couple times since installation. It also has been pretty cool down here, so the amp is in a relatively low air temp.

Very impressed

I have this amp running two fosgate 12's at 2ohms on channels 3 & 4 which are bridged. Channels 1 & 2 are running a pair of PA 6x9's each. Amp never gets hot and produces nice, clean power. For the price you can't beat this amp. Very impressed.
