This amp doesn't last long

This amp only lasted six months, if that and then I had to replace it. Would not recommend this product to anyone, its a waste of time/money. Better off getting a better name brand amp.

Nice Work Power Acoustik

Very impressed for the amount of power this guy puts out. for the money this guys is a steal! the harmonic distortion is however a little higher than noted. and for other reviews about this amp complaining that the circuit board gets loose, well i would recommend making an amp rack or board then putting sound deadening material on it. thats what i did and it eliminated any vibration on the amp. i have this guy powering 4 polk MM components and it powers them perfectly. sure did make me have hopes for Power Acoustik!

Good Amp

While it worked,,, this amp performed perfectly. Now, if you are interested in this amp, read this review;1) The manual for this amp shows it uses two, 25AMP fuses. NOT TRUE, it has NO fuses other than the one you supply in the power wire.2) All amps generate heat. DO NOT install under a seat. You will cook it like I did.If you can put this in a trunk, you will likely be okay. If you have a 4 door truck (like me) and/or under a seat is the only place you have, FORGET IT. It will shut itself off if too hot, but once this happens, it is toast. You can ship to California for repair, but I opted out of this option.NOW, the problem I had with this amp WAS MY OWN DOING. If you do NOT repeat my mistake, you WILL enjoy this amps performance. It was GREAT while it lasted. As for me, I guess I am stuck with the power available from my deck.
